1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the FollowFreeze website (followfreeze.com), RSVPing for events, submitting booking inquiries, or attending Weekend Vibes events, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or attend our events.

2. Event Attendance

• All Weekend Vibes events are 21+ unless otherwise stated.
• Valid government-issued photo ID is required for entry.
• FollowFreeze and venue partners reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone at their discretion.
• Event dates, times, and venues are subject to change. We will make reasonable efforts to notify RSVPs of any changes.

3. Table Reservations & RSVPs

• RSVPs are free and do not guarantee entry or seating.
• Table reservations are confirmed via text message. Unconfirmed tables may be released.
• Table pricing is posted on the website and is subject to change.
• No-shows may affect future reservation priority.

4. Private Event Bookings

• Submitting a booking inquiry does not constitute a confirmed booking.
• All private event bookings are subject to availability and approval by DJ Freeze.
• Pricing, terms, and deposits for private events will be communicated separately after inquiry review.
• Cancellation policies for private events will be outlined in individual booking agreements.

5. Giveaways & Promotions

• Giveaway entries are limited to one per person per event.
• Winners are selected at random and notified via text message.
• Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash value.
• FollowFreeze reserves the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time.

6. Text Message Consent

By providing your phone number on any form on this website, you expressly consent to receive text messages from FollowFreeze and DJ Freeze regarding event confirmations, promotions, and updates. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance.

7. Assumption of Risk

Attendance at Weekend Vibes events is at your own risk. FollowFreeze, DJ Freeze, and venue partners are not responsible for any personal injury, property damage, or loss that may occur during events. By attending, you assume all risks associated with event participation.

8. Photography & Media

By attending Weekend Vibes events, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded. These images and recordings may be used for promotional purposes on social media, the website, and marketing materials without compensation.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on followfreeze.com — including logos, text, images, graphics, and design — is the property of FollowFreeze and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FollowFreeze and DJ Freeze shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or attendance at events.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.
